The best flapjacks on the internet

Ingredients

• 1,5 cups of all purpose flour

• 3,5 teaspoons of baking powder

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 tablespoon of white sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 1/4 cups of milk

• 3 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions

1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar

2. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg and melted butter

3. Whisk together until smooth

4. Fry in a non stick pan with sunflower oil

5. Serve with whipped cream and golden syrup
